Newcastle United is pursuing an Arsenal youth described as “unplayable.”Mikel Arteta is currently exposed to the possibility of losing a highly regarded youth from Arsenal to Newcastle United in the near future.

Possibly not the information that Arsenal supporters would have desired to hear prior to tonight’s Premier League match at Nottingham Forest.Arteta’s squad has experienced a relatively lackluster start to the year on the field; however, fortunately, the schedule is about to improve.

Arteta’s attention appears to be exclusively directed towards tonight’s excursion, as the manager has confirmed that there will be minimal activity regarding new signings prior to the January deadline.Consequently, Arsenal’s academy may now be at risk of losing a player who is “impassable.”

The Standard reports that Amario Cozier-Dubbery has recently piqued the interest of a number of elite European organizations.

Newcastle is interested in the Arsenal youth, who is entering the final half of his contract and whom Arteta will undoubtedly be reluctant to lose. Recently, Eddie Howe’s squad has been exceptionally astute in identifying opportunities to acquire young English talent; consider the transfers of Lewis Hall and Tino Livramento; they may do so once more.

In the summer, Newcastle may acquire Arsenal youth Amario Cozier-Duberry for nothing.

Arsenal are reportedly eager for the 18-year-old to remain and have discussed a new contract with him, but no agreement has been reached as of yet.

Undoubtedly, the winger possesses tremendous potential; therefore, it is truly surprising that the situation has progressed to this point.

Group B: PSV Eindhoven versus Arsenal FC in the UEFA Youth League 2023/24Jack Wilshere has previously expressed high regard for Cozier-Duberry, and it would undoubtedly come as a surprise to him if Arsenal were to acquire him for nothing.

However, as Arsenal is well aware, Newcastle are currently quite formidable, and they can likely provide the teenager with a more direct route to the first team.

Miguel Almiron’s departure prior to the closure of the window could further diminish competition for Eddie Howe’s squad.

However, Arsenal is considering the possibility of acquiring Wolves’ Pedro Neto this summer, so this is definitely a possibility for the winger.
