A home-grown premium will also be factored into any potential sale, as English talents are a scarce commodity in the top level of the English football league.

A new deal was been signed by Solanke on the south coast just a year ago, and it will keep him at Bournemouth until June 2027.

This season, he has made 22 appearances across all competitions, scoring 13 goals throughout the course of the season, with 12 of those goals coming in the Premier League.

A little over half way through the 2023-24 season, the 26-year-old has already surpassed his previous highest return in the Premier League.

Solanke, who has played for England to the extent of one cap, joined Bournemouth in 2019 for a reported fee of £19 million plus add-ons. Since joining the club, Solanke has scored 69 goals in 196 games.

The rumored transfer of Nathan Ake to Manchester City for a fee of forty-one million pounds is the current record for the Cherries’ highest ever sale.
