Safety Jordan Smith has stopped recruiting and is still committed to Georgia.
On Tuesday, multiple players announced that they had ended their recruitment and have committed to the Georgia Bulldogs. Another name has been added to the list, as safety Jordan Smith has confirmed the end of his recruitment process.
Smith joins Brady Marchese and Justice Fitzpatrick as players who have ended their recruitments.
The Georgia recruit also announced that he has canceled official visits to Tennessee and Florida State.
Smith is a four-star recruit, the 96th best player in the country, the ninth best safety in the class, and the 10th best player in Georgia, according to composite rankings.
This all started with Brady Marchese thought to be switching to Michigan. He then proclaimed that he is committed to Georgia. Fitzpatrick was scheduled to have an official visit to Ohio State, but canceled it and ended his recruitment. Smith has now done the same thing, canceling his official visits.
It has been a big day on the trail for Georgia. They have picked up some momentum since official visits started up and that has only continued to build. The Bulldogs are now set to hold onto to three of their top commits in the class.
