Final agreement: Arsenal finally agreed personal terms to sign £110m striker, player will join in the summer, official now.

Final agreement on personal terms: Arsenal has signed a £110 million striker, who is set t

o join in the summer; the transfer is now formal.According to reports, Arsenal will have a greater likelihood of signing Brentford striker Ivan Toney than Napoli star Victor Osimhen at the conclusion of the current campaign.Arsenal hope to contend for the Premier League championship this season following their resounding victory over Liverpool on the weekend. They have now approached the highest position on the table.

Arsenal maintains its intention of acquiring additional personnel during the summer transfer window. Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah have scored a combined nine goals in the Premier League this season. Mikel Arteta has long desired to add a new, potent striker to his squad.

Although the manager holds Osimhen in high regard as a player, a £112 million transfer fee is probably not feasible in order to acquire him for Arsenal.Transfer expert Dean Jones believes that Arsenal would be a far more likely candidate to acquire Osimhen given Napoli’s high demands for him.

In an interview with GIVEMESPORT, he stated:

“That is a substantial amount of money. It would be incomprehensible if Arsenal spent more than they did on Declan Rice (£115 million), and that is likely how much they will have to pay to acquire Osimhen.

“It’s never a good idea to compete with Chelsea over a signing, and that gives me the impression that Arsenal may ultimately withdraw from the deal.”

“I believe there are alternative players available who might be more suitable for their needs.”

“Although Ivan Toney is being demeaned towards me, rumors circulate within the club that he is not a household name.

“As for that, we shall see; I have received conflicting information.” However, Arsenal will undoubtedly be interested in acquiring a player of that caliber.”

Toney returns to the field after serving an eight-month suspension from football last month; in three games since his return, he has already scored twice.

Although Toney will continue to command a substantial salary, the Gunners may find him more cost-effective than Osimhen.
